Automatic system from 4000 up to 12000 CPH

Automatic systems for processing and packaging of canned beverages of any size, made of aluminum, steel and tinplate. The range of machines available allows to cover the production requirements from 4000 cans/hour up to 12000 cans/hour.

Our plants are completely automatic and are divided into two categories:

- Canning lines for productions up to 4.000 cans per hour
- Canning lines for productions up to 12.000 cans per hour

 

These systems are designed to carry out automatically the cycles of filling and seaming of cans and can be completed with transport systems and ancillary machines complying with the customers' requirements and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms.

 

Comac’s automatic can filling machines can pack any kind of beverage: they can take care of soft drinks, carbonated beverages, water or beer canning.

An operator panel allows to control all the operation parameters of the plant.

 

In addition, each line can be completed by a series of ancillary machines that provide different services:

- Saturation Units for the production of carbonated water
- Premix Units for the production of soda beverages
- Tunnel Pasteurizer for the pasteurization of the already packaged product
- Tunnel of heating and cooling to bring to room temperature the products



Can bottling machines: features

The structure and the perimeter are made of stainless steel AISI 304 with doors in steel and lexan, protected by safety switches.

The filling system provides a variable number of isobaric filling valves and, moreover, is equipped with a no can - no fill device and with an automatic cleaning one for the filling valves.

The tank of the product has perfectly smooth and polished internal surfaces, with a working pressure 6 bar, test pressure 9 bar. The product level in the tank is controlled by an electronic sensor that controls a modulating valve installed on the inlet pipe.

The crimping system is composed by a head with a variable number of spindles from 1 to 8, and it is completed by an assembly/demoulder group of the lids.

 

All these features make these systems perfect soda canning machines or beer canning machines, making the entire filling process safe and neat.
