Comfort Beer: The Cuddling Beer Also Good for Sportmen

Beer is my comfort food The word comfort food is in the English dictionaries since the Seventies but this notion, in Italy, has been making its way for some years, due to dedicated blogs and catalogues. Comfort food, as you can guess, is the food that conveys human warmth, which is maybe connected to a good memory or to family traditions. Monoblock for cans

Filling and seaming monoblock lines for cans, compact and versatile, made of a painted steel frame and stainless steel AISI 304 and covered with stainless steel sheet AISI 304.

The perimeter structure is also made of stainless steel AISI 304 with doors in steel and lexan, protected by safety switches.


The filling system provides, depending on the model of the machine, a variable number of isobaric filling valves in stainless steel AISI 304 and, moreover, is equipped with a no can - no fill device and with an automatic cleaning one for the filling valves.


The tank of the product is made of stainless steel AISI 304, with internal surfaces perfectly smooth and polished, working pressure 6 bar, test pressure 9 bar.


The product level in the tank is controlled by an electronic sensor that controls a modulating valve installed on the inlet pipe.


According to the model, the crimping system is composed by a head with a variable number of spindles from 1 to 8, and it is completed by an assembly/demoulder group of the lids.

The machine is equipped with false cans to be installed for cleaning and sanitizing operations.
