Monoblock filling machine
Rinsing, filling and capping monoblock filling machines for glass bottles, compact and versatile, made of a painted steel frame and stainless steel AISI 304 and covered with stainless steel sheet AISI 304.

Monoblock filling machine: engineered for best results
The core of our monoblock filling machines is made with the best steel alloys to guarantee maximum hygiene, cleanness and resistance over time. The perimeter structure is also made of stainless steel AISI 304 with doors in steel and lexan, protected by safety switches.
Each monoblock machine is equipped with three different systems:
- The rinsing system, to clean up the bottles before they are filled,
- The filling system, to pour the beverage into the bottles,
- The capping system, to seal the bottles after the filling.
Depending on the models of the lines, the rinsing system is equipped of a variable number of stainless steel AISI 304 grippers with fixed nozzles and a no bottle – no spray device; this system can be also provided with a tank for the recirculation of the rinse water.
The filling system, depending on model, has a variable number of stainless steel AISI 304 isobaric or electronic control filling valves and lifting cylinders of the bottles with stainless steel AISI 304 plates; such a system is also equipped with a no bottle – no fill device and an automatic cleaning one for the filling valves. The tank of the product is made of stainless steel AISI 304, with internal surfaces perfectly smooth and polished, working pressure 6 bar, test pressure 9 bar.
The product level in the tank is controlled by an electronic sensor that controls a modulating valve installed on the inlet pipe.
The capping system consists in a turret of different number of heads for crawn caps, equipped with a guide channel for the capsules and feeding hopper capsules made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Each monoblock filling machine is supplied complete with false glass bottles to be installed for the cleaning and sanitizing operations.
