Overview

The Key in Pocket system is an industrial safety solution that prevents accidental machine restarts, ensuring that operators remain safe within the range of automatic lines in case of maintenance or other issues requiring machine shutdown.

The system allows access to the internal perimeter of the machine in question only after a request by the operator via a dedicated button. After the request, the system allows the machine to move to a safe position and only then are the doors unlocked.

The keys to the Key in Pocket interlock system, which are held by the operator during the intervention, prevent the interlock systems from being reset without their knowledge.
