The plant, consisting of one or, in a specific model, of 2 fixed-flow or variable pasteurization units to, consists of a solid stainless steel base on which the different units of the machine are fixed.

The heat exchanger plate is composed of three sections: regeneration, heating and final cooling of the product. The plates are made of stainless steel AISI 316L, are fixed on a stainless steel AISI 304 frame and blocked by 8 side bolts in order to operate at a maximum pressure of 22 bar.
The stainless steel AISI 304L stop tube allows to obtain the pasteurization units suitable for the maximum hourly capacity of the pasteurizer.
The system of hot water production, required to reach the pasteurization temperature, is also made of stainless steel and is integrated in the machine.
The pasteurizer is equipped with all the necessary equipment for the complete control of the working cycles and with a storage tank for the pasteurized product, made of AISI 304 stainless steel and internally and externally polished.
The stainless steel electrical panel is provided with an operator panel that allows to verify and set all the parameters of the control machine and with an electronic chart recorder that stores the values of all the variables controlling the phases of pasteurisation.
The flow-fixed pasteurization unit for fruit juices from 3000 l/h is different: in fact, the pasteurizer is equipped with four tubular heat exchangers (one for each section) with a length of 6 meters each, made of stainless steel AISI 304 for the parts in contact with water and AISI 316L stainless steel for parts in contact with the product.
