Plants for glass bottles up to 3000 BPH

Automatic systems for processing and packaging beer in glass bottles of any size. The range of machines available allows to cover the typical production requirements of the craft breweries up to 3000 bottles/hour.

These machines are designed and completed with transport systems and ancillary machines favoring the specific needs of customers and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms. 

 

Both the technology and the components used to produce this type of plants are the same used in high productivity systems.

 

An operator panel allows to control all the operating parameters of the plant.

Monoblock for production up to 3000 bottles/hour

Automatic rinsing, filling and closing systems for glass bottles, available in various models based on the hourly productivity required by the customers. All plants are equipped with a system of rinsing with mechanical grippers, a filling one with isobaric valves and a capping one, installed on a single support structure equipped with stainless steel perimeter protection.

Ashley Hazell, Head of Brewing at Colonial Brewing comments on his new COMAC 2T Keg Washer/Filler
Colonial Brewing opened their first East Coast brewery in Port Melbourne in 2015. Head brewer, Ashley Hazell shares his experience with installing and operating the COMAC 2T Keg machine which was purchased last year from COMAC’s local agent HBM Packaging Technologies and installed by Ashley and his team in August 2018.
