Comac’s monoblock machines

Comac is proud to present on this page two of the jewels of its production of beer bottling equipment: the two monoblock machines for filling beer into glass bottles or PET ones. Both the bottling systems are perfect for any business that needs compact and reliable machines to include in its beer equipment. Here is a list of their strengths:

  • Resistance: both the monoblocks are made with the best materials, as all Comac’s beer bottling equipment. In particular, one of the most used material is the stainless steel AISI 304, a renowned alloy known for its anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. The use of this steel grants a high level of hygiene during the bottling process.

  • Completeness: the monoblock machines can perform in a single unit all the processes carried out by beer bottling equipment: rinsing, filling and capping. Each of these is performed at professional level granting the best quality, with devices designed to save time and money, preventing any loss of beer: for example, both the units are equipped with systems that can prevent the machine to pour the beer if a bottle is missing on the line.

  • Hygiene: as mentioned before, the use of high quality materials in all Comac’s beer bottling equipment results in machines that are resistant to corrosion, making them highly safe as far as risks of contamination are concerned. Every process performed by the monoblocks is carried out in the best hygienic conditions, and the machines themselves can be sanitized and cleaned at will, thanks to a set of false bottles provided with them.

  • Customization: both the monoblock machines can be scaled to adapt to the production capacity of different businesses. Comac provides machines that can treat different amounts of bottles per hour, in order to meet the needs of any activity.

Many industries and breweries have already chosen the quality of Comac’s beer bottling equipment. Thanks to our team of expert and passionate people, we can analyze the requirements of all our customers and suggest them the best solution for any necessity.
