Automatic systems for cleaning and washing the kegs inside

Comac produces automatic systems for the preparation and storage of solutions for washing the inner side of the kegs. Such systems are equipped with a variable number of tanks of adequate capacity in order to meet the hourly production volume of the plant. The tanks are made of AISI 304L stainless steel (AISI 316L only for the acid solution tank ).

 

The system is equipped with all the necessary devices able to check, in a fully automatic way, the cleaning cycles and the preparation and maintenance of the washing solutions.

 

The objective is to eliminate inside the kegs any contaminant that could affect the quality of the product.

 

Automatic CIP units for washing and sanitizing the plants

 

Equipped with a variable number of tanks with adequate capacity to sanitize the plants, the CIP (Cleaning in Place) units allow to prepare, in a fully automatic way, the cleaning and disinfection solutions , to carry out the planned cycle and to verify that such a cycle has actually been carried out in the correct way.

 

The objective is to eliminate completely any kind of product residue from the kegging and bottling plants, at the end of the shift as well as in the phase of the change of the product. The mechanical action of washing with high flow rates, combined with the chemical action of detergents and disinfectants, allows to clean thoroughly also the most critical parts of the plants.

 

Different washing programs (product change, end of the day, weekends) are saved in the PLC. Additional programs can be easily added.
